Soccer Deadlines

Registration Ends August 25th
- Discounts for multiple soccer players in one family
- Practices will start after Sept 6th

Medical Form and Birth Certificate
All players will need to fill out a Medical Consent Form this season. If you are new to SPR Soccer we will also need a photo copy of the players birth certificate. All documents can be emailed to [email protected]
